It is less grainy and great for enlargements. 200 superia also has an added extra layer of color so your pictures are brighter and more vivid. I just happen to sell film and cameras.
I recently just shot photos of my sons football pictures (in action) and they are extremely sharp. So, take this from a professional.If you ARE a serious photographer, DO NOT use it just to play with. You don't need 800 to get good action pictures.
I have to say that I am a serious photographer and I know a lot about film. No, 200 speed is not good in low lit areas but it has a greater quality and is not just used for still pics. It is an excellent film and is all that I use.
200 speed is the best, you should always use it. 400 is for people who don't know what they are doing and 800 is for people who want a lot of light and grainier pics.
